ECLA
CURRICULUM
From SMART Boards and computers to gardening, ECLA students will have the opportunity to develop cognitive, creative, social and emotional, personal, physical, and motor skills in a diverse learning environment. Using the state recognized Creative Curriculum as well as project based learning, all the activities planned will foster the development of your child with differentiated and age-appropriate lessons and experiences.
Creative arts, dramatic play, language acquisition, social interactions, math, movement, music, guided play, and science are all components that will contribute to each child's development. Our students will play-to-learn through self-directed experiences as well as through teacher initiated and led lessons, small group learning, and hands on activities. Your child will acquire social skills, reasoning and thinking skills and decision making skills that will promote their independence, confidence and character development.
